What can you bring?

Experience using Archicad
Understanding of contract documentation, preconstruction procedures and construction techniques
Minimum of Cert IV in Residential Drafting
Construction and Residential codes knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Welldeveloped problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
Accuracy, neatness, and patience in drawing work
