    Description

    your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform a broad range of administration duties including: Manage a busy Admission desk Answer and redirect calls Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records
  • Perform Health Fund Checks as required
  • Manage the collection of excesses/co payments
  • Coordinate with staff from other departments
  • Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
  • Griffith Rehabilitation Hospital is a private, 64 bed Rehabilitation hospital which prides itself on a high standard of patient care. Located in Hove, near Brighton/Glenelg, we offer both in-patient and day patient therapy.

    Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts – early/late shifts & weekend work
  • WebPas Hospital system experience (Desired)
