Women's & Children's Health Network provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia.

We are the state's leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA's largest maternity and obstetric service.


Our community-based services also reach hundreds of thousands of babies, children and young people, their families and communities across South Australia through our various services and programs in areas such as our Mental Health, Child & Family Health services, Youth Health and Aboriginal Health services.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Aboriginal Continuity of Care Protocols (CCP) Program
Team as
Administrative Officer on a
Part time,
short term contract until 30 Jun 2024.


The Administrative Officer of Care Program (CCP) Protocols provides administrative support to the CCP Protocols team, reporting to the Operational Project Director CCP.


Is responsible for the provision of a confidential and comprehensive personal, administrative and secretarial support service to the Director and to various designated committees for the Continuity of Care Protocols Program.


About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
> Ability to effectively communicate and develop safe, respectful relationships with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal persons whilst maintaining a high degree of privacy and confidentiality

> Experience in working with Aboriginal people and Aboriginal communities.

> Experience providing administrative support to senior managers in a complex environment

> Experience preparing agendas and minute taking

> Knowledge of local Aboriginal communities, service providers, community networks and supports (government and non-government) that can assist families
