Women's & Children's Health Network provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia.
We are the state's leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA's largest maternity and obstetric service.
Our community-based services also reach hundreds of thousands of babies, children and young people, their families and communities across South Australia through our various services and programs in areas such as our Mental Health, Child & Family Health services, Youth Health and Aboriginal Health services.

The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Women's and Babies Division as an
Administration Officer on a
permanent/ ongoing role.
The Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of a confidential secretarial, reception and administrative services to the Women's and Children's Health Network.
The Administration Officer position works on a roster which may include day, evening and night shift times within the clinical and outpatient areas thus being multi-skilled in all aspects of the administrative area.
As part of an administrative service the incumbent is required to work in any of the positions falling within the requirements of the position as directed by the Administrative Manager.
You will be required to perform duties both autonomously and within a team environment undertaking tasks and responsibilities as determined by the Administrative Manager or designated Administrative OP Coordinator.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Effective task prioritization for meeting deadlines in highpressure situations.
- The ability to interact with a diverse client base, both internal and external, in a dynamic health sector.
- To demonstrate initiative and judgment in handling various clients and administrative tasks.
