Role Details


The Department for Child Protection is seeking an
Administration Officer to join the Out of Home Care team on a full-time term basis.


The role is responsible for:

  • Delivering advice, training information and contributing to the strategic delivery of effective contract management across the department.
  • Providing a range of highquality administrative support to meet business requirements and support to contract managers for all quarterly contract performance reviews.
  • Facilitating ongoing improvements in contract administration and internal controls across the organisation.
  • Assisting with research and the preparation of highquality documents to support continuous business improvement outcomes for DCP.

About You


We are looking for a confident individual experienced in providing a range of high-quality administrative support services including invoice processing and the preparation of clear and appropriate documents.


Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a range of key stakeholders is key.


Your experience in establishing, maintaining and improving records management procedures and filing systems along with experience in Microsoft Office suite of software is highly desirable.


If you have working knowledge of office administration and business support practices, and an understanding of SA Government contractual, financial, and administrative procedures, systems and practices, then this may be the role for you.
