    We're on the lookout for talented individuals who can create exciting digital experiences for our customers.

    As a Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role within our Innovation team. Collaborating with all missions & team members throughout the business, you'll craft engaging user experiences for our products and directly involve customers in the design and testing process.

    Your challenge will be to understand customer needs to drive product differentiation and category leading experiences whilst ensuring the outcomes drive business and customer requirements.

    What you'll do

    As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating digital experiences that delight customers and set new standards in category. You'll work within our Innovation team collaborating with all areas of the business to create an engaging user experience for our products whilst working directly with customers to design and test user experiences.

    This challenging role is responsible for improving customer needs and ensuring that our products are designed to meet their requirements.

    What you'll bring

  • Working knowledge of lean Pretoyping frameworks and methodologies.
  • The ability to work at speed to rapidly design, validate, and test industry differentiating products and services.
  • Demonstrated external user experience and development community engagement such as speaking at meet ups, conferences or involvement in Open Source
  • Working knowledge of experience design tools like Figma, strong design thinking and the ability to think innovatively and creatively
  • Understanding of W3C standards as well as browser-specific bugs and variations and experience working on highly transactional and performant websites
  • Understanding of the capabilities and limitations App, Web, and emerging technology.
  • Deep knowledge of design patterns and best practices in user experience design
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present complex reports for management levels.
