_What kind of designer are you?_


Ideally you're a UX / UI / Product Designer that can experiment with small changes to site/apps and monitor the difference that can make from a conversion perspective.

You will then be able to communicate the value certain changes will make to the business. You'll need to be capable across end-to-end product design, strong with A/B testing and have great stakeholder management skills.


_Responsibilities include (but not limited to):_

  • Sketching, designing and discussing new ideas and concepts
  • Excellent Figma skills
  • Experience working on large scale, conversion of websites
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Experience in working with Design Systems
  • Creating and presenting endtoend user journeys and flows
  • Working closely with the Product team and Lead Designer to create top class user experiences.
  • Working closely with the Dev team throughout the lifecycle from design specs handover and UAT, all the way to shipping live.
  • Maintaining consistency in the product appearance, following style guidelines, and taking influence from best practices and first principles of design and user experience standards.
  • Developing a strong understanding of user behaviour by analysing app and website analytics
  • Most importantly, being passionate about design, technology and selfimprovement.
  • Experience in Usability Testing

_Preferred qualifications and experience:
_


  • 4+ years' Commercial experience as a UX / Product Designer
  • Strong skills in Figma, InVision (or other prototyping tools), Zeplin
  • Experience working in a large scale businesses with a mature design team
  • An understanding of constraints for delivering high performance, fast loading solutions to users on all devices
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your work, knowledge and experience of working on largescale data heavy UX projects.
  • Indepth understanding of mobile, web and responsive design
  • A passion for simplicity in design and constant improvement
  • Exceptional communication skills
