**THE OPPORTUNITY
The IT Technology Manager Role is responsible for the management of the Codeblue Managed Services Technical Consultant Team, Managed Services Network Team, Security Practice, Cloud and any other Technical Functions or products as defined.
Joining Fujifilm as an IT Technology Manager will involve:- Management of the CodeBlue Managed Services Technical Consultant Team, Managed Services Network Team, Security Practice, Cloud and any other Technical Functions or products as defined.
- Providing Management and administrative oversight to clients and staff and ensuring all services are delivered as agreed.
- Ensuring all products are defined, resourced and delivered effectively.
- Overseeing, training and supporting to the Managed Services Operations Centre (MSOC) team and working to create standards and processes to improve service delivery.
- Focusing on continued improvement through introducing new tools, technologies, processes or skills to the team to create internal efficiencies or better customer outcomes.
As an experienced professional in IT technology management, you will bring the below valued skills to our business:
- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider.
- Knowledge of MS Server OS stack (2016/2019), MS Exchange suite, MS Office 365 and MS Azure.
- Networking and SDWan Technologies and best practice, as well as experience in Backup and Cloud Technologies, VOIP systems, server technologies, virtualisation technologies and remote desktop.
- Proven commercial experience providing proactive IT advice.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
