This opportunity would suit someone with a solid administrative background, prior HR exposure, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible and adaptable approach.

You will be a capable, proactive and motivated HR Coordinator/Administrator with demonstrated knowledge of the employee lifecycle. A quick learner, you will be able to take on the varied responsibilities of the role.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Ensure the efficient administration of the online Learning Management System(ELMO), and proactively respond to queries about online learning.
  • Manage advertising requests and provide support for the overall online recruitment and onboarding system (ORACLE Taleo)
  • Contribute to a coordinated approach of secretarial and administrative services for the Executive Team.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective workflow processes are established and maintained to meet corporate and local requirements
  • Support the coordination and administration of HR Projects; including employee engagement and national recognition awards
  • Provide HR support in the development and implementation of HR systems as required
  • Capacity to problem solve and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform general administrative duties across a range of HR activities

Our Operating Suite consists of 10 Theatres covering a range of specialities, including Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics, General, Bariatric, Vascular, Breast and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

We are also home to the only private Hybrid Operating Theatre in Western Australia.


About You:

To be successful you will ideally have the following experience and capabilities:

  • Diploma of HRM or related discipline
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast paced, geographically dispersed or large complex organisation
  • Analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Welldeveloped written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Must enjoy working as part of a team, but with the confidence to work independently as required
