The Opportunity
This appointment will be suited to an experienced Executive Assistant interested in working in private healthcare.

Reporting to the General Manager, we are seeking an experienced EA to provide professional administrative support to the GM and assistance to the hospital executive team.


About You


You will be an appropriately experienced Executive Assistant who has experience in working to executives and being a part of a national, complex organisation.

Extensive diary management, regular agendas and minutes for committees and daily administrative support are well developed skills you possess. You will be self-motivated, have excellent business administration skills and practice a high degree of confidentiality.
- hold relevant qualifications (highly desirable)
- experience in private healthcare (high desirable)
- be well practiced in committee minutes (essential) and experienced in healthcare jargon/technical terminology (high desirable)
- have extensive experience in diary management and juggling competing priorities
- maintain accurate record/data management
- be a consummate professional with excellent communication skills
- enjoy working in a hands-on environment
