About the Role:


Key responsibilities include:
- providing support and advice across the employee lifecycle
- supporting and facilitating performance management activities
- contributing to the development of new and existing policies and procedures
- liaising and collaborating with the wider People and Culture team


About You:


As an experienced Human Resources professional, you will have extensive experience and exposure to general HR activities and an ability to balance the commercial needs and strategies of the business with HR objectives.

You will be a curious and constant learner with up-to-date knowledge and understanding of relevant Acts and legislation.

Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:

  • qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or similar fields, or relevant work experience
- an ability to confidently communicate across all levels of stakeholders
- experience working in complex change management projects
- high-level influencing, negotiation, and consultation skills

For this role the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford Phoenix Incorporated:

  • National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- a current Driver's Licence

  • NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
- evidence of right to work in Australia
- evidence of FULL vaccination (x3) with a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine or an acceptable exemption
