Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Investigate and report on accidents and incidents on site
  • Conduct safety training for employees and contractors
  • Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and regulatory bodies regarding safety matters

Requirements:


  • Diploma or higher qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Knowledge of relevant safety legislation, codes of practice and Australian standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • A proactive and selfmotivated approach to work
