Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing solutions to fill their labour hire requirements
Managing compliance requirements, including background checks and work rights checks

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, with a focus on labour hire will be held in high regard
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience using recruitment software and platforms

Bonus Structure:
In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a bonus structure based on performance.

The bonus will be based on the number of successful placements made, as well as client retention and satisfaction rates.
