About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a casual basis. The Customer Service Officer will deliver a high quality customer service to First Title clients and support First Title's insurance products. As the front line to the business, you will project a positive and enthusiastic persona when dealing with external stakeholders and customers. This is a great entry level position into the Financial Services/Insurance sector.

Making and receiving sales calls inbound/outbound in relation to specific product enquiries
Data entry and administration duties
Undertake document recovery for clients in virtual and paper environment
Initial vetting of claims submissions and escalation to the internal legal team
Processing of payments and refunds
Attending to conveyancer enquiries and registrations
Manage escalations, queries and/or complaints
Assist First Title Sales team with management of client queries.

You are a great communicator
You are organised and have great attention to detail
You excel at providing outstanding customer service
You are a collaborative team member
Your computer literacy and data entry skills are exceptional and you adapt to new technologies that are introduced
Bonus points if you have previous customer service experience in an insurance industry
