Work with a global pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work on a 2-month assignment starting ASAP.

The Business

This global business specialises in the healthcare industry and supplies multiple products with more than 1000 scientific publications on their products.

The business is based in Sydney's lower north shore, right next to the train line.

Their expertise in the market has been rated the best in the business with a high amount of research and development on their products.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include;

A blend of administration and customer service Responding to general inquiries from customers
Speaking with key stakeholders, taking orders and processing orders
Working in Microsoft Office with reporting and Excel
Assisting the team with ad hoc admin

Experience

You must have experience with Customer Service in a corporate environment.
A background in corporate administration
A high level of attention to detail
Strong stakeholder engagement skills

This role will pay up to $ 32ph + super. You will be provided with high-end product training, learning the ins and outs of the business. The group has lots of team bonding events in their beautifully located offices overlooking Sydney CBD.
