This contact centre acts as a "white label" for many financial services companies and banks.

Who is your client base and what do they need?

This could be opening and closing accounts, account/money transfers, deceased estates, industry knowledge and other general queries on the array of products available.

Customer service experience in retail or hospitality
An interest or qualification in financial services let us know if you have your RG14
Attention to detail
Proactivity and investigative skills
High degree of empathy
Critical thinking sound decision making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competent with using multiple computer systems use of Salesforce would be an advantage
