    • Permanent - $140K to $160K + super + car allowance
    • Hybrid - 2 days WFH/3 Days in office
    • Monday to Friday
    • 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
    • Eastern suburbs location

    The Role

    Reporting to to the General Manager you will lead efforts within one or more Supply Chain functions and ensure internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met, from end to end, in each of the supply chains. Duties include:

    • Managing daily operations across functions to ensure a dependable and efficient supply chain
    • Leading continuous improvement projects
    • Support Corporate Supply Chain initiatives
    • Create common supply chain processes and procedures by establishing collaborative business partner relationships
    • Approach daily problem-solving and continuous improvement opportunities
    • Analyze operational trends and develop corrective action plans.
    • Address supply chain failures promptly to ensure operations stability
    • Manage, coach, and develop staff
    • Additional duties as required by management

    The Person

    • 7 + years supply chain planning managerial experience
    • Proven experience in leading a team, driving initiative and change
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Automotive industry experience
    • You enjoy high levels of autonomy and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
    • B.S or BA in an applicable field, MBA preferred
    • APICS Certification

    NOTE: A medical will be required before commencement.

    You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position.
