Job Description


The Supply Chain Manager leads the Supply Chain team and is responsible for inventory management, stock planning and purchasing and warehousing & distribution functions.

The position is responsible for ensuring Supply Chain compliance with all applicable international trade control and licencing requirements.


The Supply Chain Manager will ensure the procurement and availability of required materials and products to support our business needs.

This position will interact closely with our Production, Aftermarket, Programs, Engineering and Quality teams. The Supply Chain Manager will also work closely with our Finance team to optimise our inventory investment.


Primary Duties:

The primary duties of this leadership position will be to:

  • lead our Supply Chain team and function.
- develop, implement and manage our overall Supply Chain strategy.
- manage the company's inventory, including the receipt, storage and movement of goods within company facilities and undertaking stocktaking activities.
- manage the relationship with EOS' vendors, including the negotiation of contracts and monitoring the performance of suppliers including assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- identify and accredit new suppliers.
- supply goods and services to meet the company's needs.
- manage the shipping and logistics functions.
- develop and maintain the Supply Chain policies and procedures to support the company's Quality Management System.
- actively participate in continuous improvement activities, looking for every opportunity to optimise supply chain costs and processes.
