About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative supporting customers with online orders for a major Australian retailer, you will provide exceptional customer service by answering general inquiries and following up on deliveries.

We are looking for highly driven individuals who strive to exceed expectations and thrive on ensuring the best outcomes for the customer.

If you are confident in conversing with different types of people, this role is perfect for you Join us in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.

Key Details- Multiple Casual positions are available- Commencing 21st August 2023- Monday to Friday 6am - 1am | Saturday & Sunday 7am - 10pm (rotating roster over 5 days - full availability required)To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Deliver amazing customer experiences every time in a prompt and professional manner
Competently use technology and multitask between different systems while actively listening
Entering customer requests/queries online
Maintaining accurate customer records

Skills & Experience- Prior customer service experience preferred but not essential- Ability to guide, support and convey information to a variety of people- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs- A positive 'can do' attitude
