We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our inbound call centre team representing Australia's largest customer-owned bank who are focused on making customers a priority.


This role is a great opportunity for anyone with a customer service background that is ready to progress their career into the Banking and Finance sector.

Key Details- Hourly rate plus attractive on target earnings- Full-time positions commencing 24th April 2024- Monday - Friday 8 am - 8pm and some Saturdays 8am - 4pm (rotating roster)- Located at 485 La Trobe Street, Melbourne CBD (Across from Flagstaff Gardens & Queen Vic Markets, 2 minute walk from Flagstaff station and parking)- Large financial services client with ongoing training and leadership development opportunities including monetary incentives

Skills for success in this role are:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence to explain complex information
  • Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
  • Previous experience in a customer service position or call centre role (preferred)
  • Computer literate with good typing skills and intermediate MS Office/Google
