The Role

Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager for Business Planning, Forecasting and Reporting, the Management Reporting Consultant is responsible for the consolidation of financial information and data to report on drivers of profitability outcomes to the MLC Life Insurance Leadership Team.

Your role includes but is not limited to coordinating and contributing financial input, creation, and production of critical reports such as the CEO reports to our Board, monthly management results (profit, capital, value), quarterly forecasting, quarterly business review and other ad-hoc reporting requirements such as weekly distribution reporting or insights on sales and relevant lead indicators for the wider business.

About You

You possess a minimum of 2+ years of management reporting or financial planning and analysis and/or business forecasting experience in a similar capacity within the insurance and/or financial services sector.

Your ability to develop reporting and dashboards for various group of stakeholders will enable you to produce meaningful insights for our Executive Leadership team that will influence and drive key decision making processes.

You possess a continuous improvement mindset and have an eye for process improvements to increase efficiency and the quality of your output.
