About the role

The Finance Officer at Pinnacle Drinks will handle various tasks in accounts receivable and payable functions, while providing support to the broader Pinnacle Finance Team. They will report to the AP/AR Lead and focus on improving processes and systems to ensure efficient transactional support for our operations team, customers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Officer include:

Promoting safety values and implementing safety, health, and environmental policies.
Processing and paying vendor invoices and reconciling vendor accounts.
Preparing Payment Times Reporting information.
Collecting outstanding accounts receivable and managing credit activities.
Processing adhoc customer invoicing.
Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for efficiency and control.
Administering master data processes.
Compiling AP and AR information for auditors.
Supporting the Financial Accounting and Control Team.
Providing input into transactional reports and reconciliations.
Handling other necessary duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the role:

Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 FO experience preferred) and Microsoft Office.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.

Note: This role is available in SA, NSW, or TAS with the option to work from home 2 days per week.
