My client is seeking a Mechanical Fitter/Service Technician to join their team full time on a temporary basis.


As a Mechanical Fitter/Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining pressure control equipment, managing inventory, operating a forklift, and ensuring the workshop and facility is clean and safe.


Duties

  • Ensure that products are assembled in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
  • To perform servicing, certification or rerecertification of equipment
  • Perform QC in process and final inspections and have quality documents properly filed
  • To correctly complete all service related paperwork, including service reports, work orders & assembly data sheets
  • Proficiency in workshop tools and techniques

Requiremets

  • A recognized qualification in Mechanical Fitting is Essential for this role
  • Forklift license (Valid High-Risk license
  • Western Austria) is highly desirable
  • 2+ years previous mechanical, servicing or operating WPCE experience
  • Hold a current national "C" class driver's license
