This highly regarded national law firm are seeking a Facilities Assistant. This law firm prides itself on ensuring an exceptional client base and an outstanding work culture. A supportive environment is encouraged to ensure growth and development, assisting others inside and outside the firm.
THE ROLE
This position will be supporting the wider Operations team.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Arrange and organise mail, couriers and extra filing
- Supporting the office operations by completing tasks in a timely & efficient manner
- Arrange maintenance requests, liaise with contractors
- Assist with movement of furniture & relocations
- Court filing
- Order office supplies & maintain stationery
- Coordinate invoice payments
- Cover Reception desk & coordinate meeting room requests
- General admin duties
ABOUT YOU
You must have experience in a corporate/professional setting in a similar role.
You will also possess the following characteristics:
- Excellent judgement and use of initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work under pressure, in fastpaced environments and be able to prioritise urgency of work
- Professional presentation
- Reliable & punctual
