- Strong previous experience in business development, face to face sales (B2C), in-home sales or door to door sales is essential
- Self-motivated, hungry and results driven mentality to close sales
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedules.
- $1000 per week retainer for the first 10 weeks in the role, plus commission on every sale that you make.
- Excellent uncapped earning potential well above $220K+ OTE.

Role Overview:
As an In-Home Solar Representative, you will be the face of Arkana Energy, interacting directly with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the process of going solar. You will conduct in-home consultations, assess energy needs, and design custom solar solutions tailored to each customer's requirements.
The bonus is the lead generation is done for you You will be provided with 10-15 pre-booked and qualified appointments per week. All you need to do is meet with the customer, conduct a thorough needs analysis of their situation and sell them an appropriate solar solution.
From day one in the role you will be invited to head office on the Gold Coast, to be put through a comprehensive training program, as well as spending some time in the field with existing high performers in the business to learn from the best.
Once your training is completed, you will begin attending your 10-15 pre-booked meetings and the rest is up to you. We offer a $1000 per week retainer for the first 10 weeks in the role while you find your feet, then the position moves to commission only. You can expect to receive an average of $1100 to $1300 per sale. With 15 qualified meetings booked for you each week, you do the math.....
