The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an
Assistant Development Manager (ADM) to support the management and delivery of logistics development opportunities and projects.
This is an exceptional opportunity to gain end to end exposure to the full life cycle to our logistics business from acquisition through to leasing stage.
You will play a key role in supporting the team with the administration and delivery of projects including undertaking feasibility studies, managing project accounts, authority approvals, tenders and contractual review processes and scopes of work.
What you will be doing
- Preparing reports on the development program
- Managing and tracking the planning and authority approval process
- Coordinating development phases after acquisition in accordance with approvals
- Assisting with feasibility studies for development opportunities or projects
- Coordinating and facilitating external consultants, agents, builders and internal team meetings
- Processing purchase orders and invoices with speed and care
- Complying with the GPT WHS Management Policies and Procedures relevant to logistics development
- Participating in WHS programs as required/requested
- Reporting incidents in line with GPT WHS Management Procedures
