Management (Community Services & Development) Taylor Care Recruitment is proud to partner with a growing SIL NDIS provider in the Central Coast to recruit an experienced Service Manager/Coordinator who will join the team where you will lead a team of staff overseeing SIL homes in the area to make an Impact in the lives of participants in SIL & SDA homes who are impacted by physical and psycho social disability.
Competitive salary package Salary range $95k - $130 K + super Location: Head office is in Wyong Central Coast NSW Work for a growing SIL NDIS provider in the Central Coast who provide the services to people with physical and psychosocial disability and they are also a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, and services in the central coast.
As the Disability Service Manager/Coordinator, you will oversee service delivery and the implementation of individual client's NDIS plan.You will have a trauma informed training & approach to working with participants.
the interactions and & ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory and funding bodies, Proactively manage and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families, and other supporting stakeholders.
About you BA in Social Work, Social Science, Psychology, Nursing or other relevant Tertiary qualifications in disability services Minimum 3 years + experience in managing services within the disability sector or similar organisation.
Ability to understand business and financial drivers of a disability service and apply them to a supported independent living model.
Strong understanding of Trauma informed background and understanding of NDIS - SIL modelup to date on NDIS safeguarding policies, guidelines, regulations & compliancestrong stakeholder engagement and networks Able to obtain a clean Working with Children Check and Police Clearance Flexible with travelling between SIL houses in central coast Why work with Taylor Care Group to secure your next role?
