    An excellent opportunity exists with Patterson Cheney Toyota, 2022 Toyota Dealership of the Year AND the Toyota President's Award for a like-minded individual wanting to continue the success.

    You have a proven track record in a Dealership Service Advising capacity, working as part of a team in a high-volume environment, and you have strong attention to detail.

    About the role:
    Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Working within Patterson Cheney policies, guidelines and standards
    • Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues
    • Keep a close eye on the progress of the service department
    • Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs
    • Be transparent and honest with the customer with estimated completion times and provide updates as required
    • Ensuring the customers' expectations are exceeded throughout the experience
    • Providing support to other service advisors
    • Assisting Workshop Manager in resolving any customer-related concerns


    The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

    • Must have previous dealership experience in a similar role
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
    • Sound organisational skills and time management
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach staff
    • Ability to neutralise conflict
    • Strong focus on creating customer experiences
