    Experience

    • Experience in a Compliance role within general insurance
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast paced environment

    The responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Prepare and conduct training sessions across the organisation.
    • Monitor regulation changes and ensure policies and procedures are updated as needed
    • Conduct compliance reviews and suggest changes for any gaps identified
    • Review documentation and marketing information from a compliance perspective
    • Manage third party provider reviews
    • Provide support on breach reporting
    • Contribute to risk committees and help to drive a positive risk culture by engaging with stakeholders
