    Compliance Officer

    About the role:

    You will be responsible for managing our workforce compliance requirements and coordinating training (mostly CPR & First Aid). Daily reports will be generated to ensure all staff remain compliant with our end goal of having no impact to customer services.

    You will also be working in the Procurement space managing our vendors and outsourced providers. This busy role requires attention to detail to ensure our Service Agreements are executed correctly and all the relevant compliance documents are kept in order and updated our CRM accordingly. You will be responsible for sending out renewal agreements to vendors & ensuring their compliance records are kept up to date. You will also be managing the Procurement inbox and working closely with the Operations teams as well as external vendors.

    You can be located anywhere in Australia as office attendance is not mandatory & the role can be done remotely. You will report directly to the National Procurement & Compliance Manager and it's a part-time role (4 days a week).

    About you:

  • Demonstrated industry experience working with administration, procurement and/or compliance operations (or transferable skills)
  • Previous Salesforce experience is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work amongst a team
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and potential solutions
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, database management
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment and have an agile approach to workloads
