    Customer Service - Temporary Assignment

    **SUCCESSFULLY FILLED**

    Two Roles Available

    Customer Service Project – work in the Natural Health Industry

    The Role you will be responsible for making phone calls to existing customers regarding orders while completing accurate order entry.

    Responsibilities


    • Make outbound calls to customers relating to their orders

    • Admin duties - accurate order entry

    • Work with Pharmacies and Health Practitioners

    Skills / Experience


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Confidence & maturity to deal with difficult customers

    • Previous phone based customer service experience

    • PC skills, previous use of ERP system and MS Office

    • High level phone call etiquette and call handling skills.

    Must be fully Vaccinated
    Hourly Rate - $ superannuation paid weekly
    Office based role

    Hours: 8.45 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
