Customer Service Project - work in the Natural Health Industry
The Role you will be responsible for making phone calls to existing customers regarding orders while completing accurate order entry.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers relating to their orders
- Admin duties accurate order entry
- Work with Pharmacies and Health Practitioners
Skills / Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence & maturity to deal with difficult customers
- Previous phone based customer service experience
- PC skills, previous use of ERP system and MS Office
- High level phone call etiquette and call handling skills.
_Must be fully Vaccinated_
_Hourly Rate - $ superannuation paid weekly_
_Office based role _
Hours: 8.45 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
