Skills and Experience
You can demonstrate your high-level customer service skills and experience including:

Outstanding time management and organisational skills, ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret complex policies, procedures and legislation in order to provide clear and accurate advice to diverse stakeholders
Experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
Ability to plan, organise and coordinate projects and tasks.
An understanding of and commitment to UNSW's aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
