- Collaborating with senior journalists, from breaking news to in-depth investigations
- Generating and conducting interviews with your own original story ideas and angles
- Using audience analytics to inform story treatments, headlines, and presentation.
- Experience sub-editing articles written by other journalists and working with them to perfect copy.
- Demonstrated interest in data journalism and using data to tell and illustrate stories.
- A thorough understanding of the way news stories are presented online, including on social media and digital platforms
