Marketing & Communication Manager


If you are an experienced Marketing Communications Leader with a strong result-orientated track record, a thirst for data to drive actionable insights, and customer-centricity guiding your approach, we have a terrific opportunity.


We're seeking a diligent marketing professional to join our fast-paced and tight-knit team to own and manage core elements of our marketing and communications program across our retail and commercial.

Developing and implementing strategies and tactics in multiple platforms and formats, the position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver success in campaign and strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create, implement, and manage marketing and media communications across all platforms. Includes scheduling a consistent flow of new content for all audience interaction, analysis, and adjustment as needed to build and manage the APH brand and sales pipeline.
  • Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content for websites, blogs, social media posts, and client help documents.
  • Write case studies and longform content for websites.
  • Managing articles in the help system (to announce new features).
  • Strong communication skills with extremely high writing standards, grammar, and communication including copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing social media marketing and digital campaigns across all platforms.
  • A strong team player who enjoys contributing and collaborating as a team.
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment, meeting deadlines as required.

Critical skills to the role:


  • High attention to detail.
  • High competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop
  • Extremely strong and welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with conflicting deadlines and competing demands.
  • Proven negotiation, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
  • A highly collaborative approach to workplace culture

External Liaisons:
PR and Brand agencies, Media outlets, Journalists


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$160, $200,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
