The Role:


Reporting directly to the Head of Production, this role requires a highly motivated, organised and true leader to lead and mentor a team in production.

You will be involved in manufacturer, critical path management, and ongoing improvement in the overall processes and procedures delivering outstanding outcomes and delivery.

Mandarin an advantage however not essential.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage supplier relationships both new and exisiting key stakeholders
  • Work closely with the design and development team on sourcing, fits, costings and approvals.
  • Fitting process management.
  • Daily communication with overseas suppliers throughout the product development and production approval comments.
  • Critical path management.
  • Planning and monitoring production time frames to ensure on time deliveries.
  • Manage factory compliance onboarding, audits and inspections.

You will have:


  • Proven experience within a Production Managerial role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and verbally.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Highly strategic, process driven with a high level of leadership skills.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and works well under pressure.
  • The ability to problem solve and take initiative.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite.
