The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client records and updating on database
- Manage office supplies, negotiating prices, and placing orders
- To assist in the resolution of problems of all types, either directly or via others
- To improve our processes and systems for handling work
- To react appropriately to feedback from clients about problems, issues, or improvements
- Other general administrative duties
You will have:
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to work methodically and with priority
- Experience maintaining and managing company record documents a bonus
- MS office and CRM experience
