    NEWCASTLE ROLE - Drainage/Sewer experience?

    Have you found yourself in a career stall with no foreseeable career pathway?

    You may be stifled by the grindings of a larger organisation or there may simply not be enough growth in your current structure to allow room to move up unless someone retires.

    This role would suit someone who has clocked up a good 4+ years as a Civil Engineer in the consultancy environment with drainage/sewer experience.

    • A growing Civil engineering consultancy, taking business from some of the larger consultancies.
    • Starting to build a great reputation and brand which means plenty of work and repeat business.
    • Needing someone who can assist the current Civil Manager to gradually expand their team and grow it from below.
    • Successfully deliver projects across civil water/sewer engineering projects.
    • Mixed design and project management experience desired, with drainage/sewer focus.
    • Annual bonuses a given if the last couple of years have reached up to 15%.
    • Flexibility and work-life balance with high staff retention here for good reason.
