Currently in search of a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment and work alongside a high-performing HR team.


What you'll be doing:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Create and post job descriptions, screening, shortlist, schedule interviews and reference checks
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve our recruitment strategies continuously
  • Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders at all levels of the business

Ideally, you'll have:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in an internal recruitment/HR role
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highpressure environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to provide feedback as and when required to all levels of the business
