If you can sell corporate and creative leisure travel arrangements to prospective clients and existing clients for international and domestic travel arrangements, then we'd like to hear from you.


General Duties & Responsibilities:


Effectively sell corporate and creative leisure travel arrangements to prospective clients and existing clients for international and domestic travel arrangements.

Booking all air travel, tour arrangements, accommodation, car hire and ancillary requirements and managing insurance and visa, requirements to ensure all journeys are a complete success.

Ensure profitable revenue earnings for the company.

  • Find out what the client wants and needs on their holiday. Find out their budget. Sell the most suitable arrangements for the client making suggestions and recommendations to enhance their holiday.
  • Give or send all clients our agency Booking Conditions and ensure they understand our Booking Fee/Service Fee.
  • Followup within 48 hours to secure the booking.
  • Obtain deposits from clients for arrangements made.
  • Sell the best airfares available best suited for the client. Ensure all bookings are confirmed and understood by the client. Obtain client's frequent flyer details and enter the booking at time of confirmation.
  • Process client requests accurately, in accordance with office system and office procedures.
  • Offer professional advice and suggestions to ensure client's expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Respond to all telephone requests immediately.
  • Complete a profile on all new clients and keep it up to date.
  • Enter client details into the client data base.
  • If the booking is international, ascertain the documentation and visa requirements as early as possible. Obtain visas and other documentation in a timely manner. Keep a scanned copy of their passport on file.
  • Sell travel insurance in all instances at the time of deposit to protect the client.

If the client declines to accept travel insurance, obtain a signed disclaimer from the client (stating that they were offered comprehensive travel insurance but declined to accept).


  • Keep up to date and current with all special airfares in the market place.
  • Ensure tickets, itineraries and documentation are always correct and delivered to the client on time. Always check through final documentation with the client.
  • Attend producttraining seminars to keep fully informed.
  • Ensure a good relationship is developed with airline and preferred wholesalers. Utilise these relationships to gain best service and arrangements for the client and our company.
  • Ensure you "Welcome Home" every client.
  • Adhere to our Agency Policies and Procedures.
  • Participate as a team member and contribute to the wellbeing of our company.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork skills
