- Previous Account Director/Management experience
- Experience in dealing with Large to Enterprise level clients
- An understanding of Call Centre's would be a plus
- Experience in selling consulting, SaaS/IT or business services
- Someone with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Salesforce and SAP exposure
- Full training and on-going support and career advancement opportunities
- $150,000 - $170,000 + Super + Bonus (Negotiable depending on experience)
- Melbourne CBD location, close to public transport
- All tools of the trade provided
- Hybrid working post training (Manage your day as needed)

Description
Teaming up with some of the best in the industry, SMAART Recruitment is once again working with a global technology and workforce management consulting business that helps medium to enterprise level clients with growing and optimising their businesses.
Due to increased demand for their platform and services, their Sales and Account Management team is growing.
As an Account Director you will be in charge of all of their Victorian clients, this will include the management of their day to day operations, assisting the consultants and trainers with demos and being the conduit between all parties.
To put it simply your role is to retain clients and grow existing relationships.
You will be working and liaising with some of the biggest companies in Australia and New Zealand so experience in Managing those relationships is essential.
