Use your managerial experience of a Business Services division at a professional services firm to help you hit the ground running. Ideally where you will have exposure to large complex clients.
Qualified accountant.
You should enjoy helping people and are smart enough to really listen to what the client wants, not just rely on what your past training tells you to do.
Exceptional communication skills are an absolute must as you will be running client and team meetings on a regular basis.
