- Demonstrated ability to implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code
- Experience in supervising and performing gaming / wagering and cash handling duties
- Strong communication skills and passion to deliver a consistent, high-level guest experience
- Coordinate team development and trainings to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ability to detect problem gamblers and implement company procedures accordingly
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential

About the Opportunity
Established in the early 2000s, The Watermark Glenelg is a local favourite and a pillar in the local community. Just a ten minute drive from the airport and a further ten from Adelaide's CBD, we're in a perfect position on the coastline of Glenelg.
As Gaming Manager you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Venue Manager in the leadership of the day to day operation of the gaming room. Driving exceptional customer service in the gaming rooms you will also monitor gaming operations to ensure all gaming policies are adhered to by team members and guests alike.
