About the Role
This opportunity offers a property manager to work with an experienced team lead by an exceptional and supportive manager. You will be managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties with the support of a Leasing Officer and Administrator. This allows for you to develop client relationships and focus on providing exceptional customer service,

Your duties
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Approving and signing up tenants and explaining requirements under the Act
Bond finalisations and refunds
Preparing property advertising and marketing as required
Attending Residential Tenancies Tribunal hearings
Managing rental arrears
Arranging and following up on the completion of maintenance of properties

It is imperative that you have:

Great decision-making & problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of relevant SA legislation
Minimum 6 months handson experience in a similar role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of REST, Property Me or Property Tree
