    We are currently partnering with an iconic fashion retailer in their search for a Senior Technical Business Analyst. Currently, in the midst of an exciting, multi-year transformation, they are looking for someone with previous experience in the retail sector and ideally working POS knowledge.

    Located on Melbourne's city fringe, this organisation has a global footprint and is a household name amongst Australian's.     Reporting to the Head of Technology, duties for this role will include:
  • Gathering end-to-end requirements from multiple business units & technical areas
  • Breakiing down initiatives into epics and stories, customer journeys and acceptance criteria
  • Documenting requirements from various sources on Jira and Confluence
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to design and deliver IT solutions
  • Review business process and recommend for improvements that are based on efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in the initial stages of proposal development and contribute to the development of business cases
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and processes including PI and sprint planning, estimation sessions, grooming workshops, showcases, etc.
    • This role will be an initial 12 month contract, starting as soon as possible. Working onsite 2-3 days per week, flexible working hours and a supportive working environment. This business prides itself on staff developement, always looking to promote from within wherever possible.
