    Description

    1-2 days a week working in small recruitment agency in Hawthorn. For an experienced Xero bookkeeper living close by and wanting regular hours in an office environment (not work from home)

    • Requires Xero experience and to live within 15km of Hawthorn
    • $depends on experience
    • Hawthorn

    Your normal week is between 8 hours with an extra day at the start of each month. Flexible start and end times, preferably Tuesday and Thursdays.
    During that time you'll be handling a payroll of around 30 employees, sending invoices (around 5 a week), Bank reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Receivable, BAS / IAS Preparation and preparing weekly and monthly financial reports and statements.

    Your next employer has been in business for over 30 years and is based near Bunnings on Burwood Rd. There is limited street parking in the area, but the office is close to Glenferrie and Auburn train stations and tram lines along Glenferrie Rd, Burwood Rd and Power St.

    You'll need

    • Proficiency in Xero
    • A very high degree of attention to detail
    • To live within 15km of Hawthorn
