we are looking for a company administrator that will work towards the expansion and progression of botanical cuisine alongside our passionate and hardworking team.

botanical cuisine is a research and development manufacturing company with haccp and organic certification.


with a thoughtful approach to fermented raw plant based food, we hand make deceptively simple, enzyme rich, nutrient dense products in small batches.

botanical cuisine products are free from dairy, gluten, cane sugar, soy, fillers and preservatives.


we are looking for a company administrator that will work towards the expansion and progression of botanical cuisine alongside our passionate and hardworking team.

this is a customer-focused role and exceptional interpersonal skills are a must. the role requires a friendly and confident communicator who is able to nurture customer relationships.

this is a rapidly expanding small business and requires someone who is both methodical and highly adaptable, someone who is self-motivated and excels under pressure.


you will be expected to:
- carry out bookkeeping duties such as raising invoices/credit notes on dispatch, reconciliation of payments, send payment reminders and follow up on overdue invoices
- organise weekly dispatch of orders by entering orders in DEAR system and physically packing all orders as per protocols
- grow and expand our base of wholesalers and distributors
- be responsible for stock management - within the cool room and electronically through DEAR, following batch code protocols
- generate weekly sales report, end of the week stock count and customer feedback/complaints
- assist with production within the factory as required
- assist in the retail store indys pavilion, selling directly to retail customers
- xero
- dear systems (cr7)
- carton cloud
- microsoft excel

this is a brief overview of the role requirements.

the role is not limited to the expectations outlined above, you will not be required to perform any task that is outside of your skillset without adequate training.

the requirements of your role may change as the business grows.

you will be employed on a full-time basis, hours of work will be within monday - thursday, within the hours of 7am - 5pm
