    Toowoomba Grammar School is looking for an administrationsuperstar to provide high-level administrative support for theExecutive Assistant to the Headmaster.

    Toowoomba Grammar School was founded in 1875 and is a memberschool of the Great Public Schools Association of Queensland(GPS). It is an independent non-denominational day andboarding school for boys with a total enrolment of 1,200 fromPreparatory to Year 12. There are approximately 300 boardersin the School coming predominantly from throughout Queensland,Northern New South Wales and the Northern Territory. TheSchool's campus covers 20.5 hectares and is located onekilometre from the centre of Toowoomba.

    About the Position

    The Administration Officer provides high-level administrativesupport for the Executive Assistant to the Headmaster andindirectly to the Headmaster, Executive and Toowoomba GrammarSchool Board of Trustees. The Administration Officer willsupport the management of daily operations of theHeadmaster's Office ensuring efficient communication andcoordination among various departments and stakeholders within theSchool's Community.

    Selection Criteria:

    The successful applicant will have:

    • experience supporting senior staff, project managementand/or event management experience with proven officeadministration and customer service skills;
    • highly developed interpersonal skills;
    • proven experience in exercising a high level of discretionand confidentiality;
    • a high level of organisational and time management skillswith the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
    • capacity to work autonomously with minimal direction andcollaboratively in a team environment;
    • ability to prioritise workload, set priorities andmulti-task with a high level of attention to detail;
    • excellent written and verbal communication skills andadvanced computer literacy skills, particularly the use ofMicrosoft Office Products; and
    • a commitment to ongoing personal and professionaldevelopment.
