About the role
Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Medical Team within Continuing Care. You will undertake a number of responsibilities including managing bookings, meetings, equipment and data


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Preparation of agendas, minutes and other records;
  • Plan, support and development of patient lists for clinical meetings;
  • Organising meetings, room bookings and catering arrangements;
  • Scheduling appointments;
  • Undertake roster planning, development, distribution and support; and
  • Assist and support the recruitment of Medical staff.

Skills and experience

You will have:

  • Experience in staff management;
  • Advanced technical skills in MS Office;
  • Experience managing and coordinating a range of concurrent tasks;
  • Proficient in the use of a broad range of administrative processes;
  • The ability to work independently and show sound judgement in evolving environment; and
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
