    The Role


    We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to fill the role of Admin, Finance & Safety Coordinator. This role will require an individual to oversee all administrative duties, financial management and safety coordination. This position requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all administration activities of the venue including but not limited to staff uniform distribution, stationary & printing requirements, communications & asset purchasing.
    • Manage fortnightly payroll, process invoices and payments, oversee petty cash and expense claims.
    • Manage the OHS software system including operating procedures and safety requirements.
    • Coordinate OHS Committee, organise department safety inspections, maintain records of safety-related activities and incidents, oversee certification compliance for all venue employees.

    Qualifications:

    • Qualifications in Business Administration or Finance is preferred but not essential.
    • Previous experience with administration.
    • High level of competency with relevant software and IT.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • A high level of attention to detail.
